What would be the best place to find all I need to do a complete S13 front end conversion?

Just search around all over the place. Most places that do importing of JDM parts, or sell used jdm parts wil have it, or might be able to source it. Also check with people who get clips.

Get a Plymouth Colt for cheap or from a junkyard. Part it out.
