I think 900rpm is average or guud. But it should not drop down like that. And when I press the pedal, it boggs then jumps up to par.

Ok, I found a crack in the hose from the break booster to iacv. Fixed it.. Still a slight shake when idling. And I know the timing is off. Been seeing "bad motor mount" blogs... Maybe ill check tmorrow... Can anyone advise what to look for?

Make sure that your injectors are seated fully and do not have torn o-rings.

Did you spray the injector o-rings with silicone spray before install?

Silicone.... I've never heard that one...

I use di-electric grease because it does not make the o-rings expand prior to seating them in the rail. it cost two bucks anywhere. Any thing that has a too much of a petrolium base will cause the rings to swell and you will have to push so hard that they bind and usually spin off the inner walls of the rail causing them to deform. trust me DI-ELECTRIC grease I have fixed two cars this pat month alone by doing this.

Are all your injectors pulsing properly ? i've seen this happen on single cam KA and my 4ag when i had efi. your injectors might not be seated properly just wiggle them to see if the idle changes. usually it's the spray pattern if it's not consistent it usually sputters.

I haven't checked all the o rings. Maybe I should just go threw and replace then all... That's inexpensive..

Ding ding ding. And shoot for 750, not 500. Or 900.

No problem man, and that depends. Your IACV is closed when the engine is cold, and as it warms up the IACV opens. So if it's stuck closed you would stall. (Given your engine is warmed up.)
