Ok so im finishing up wiring up my s14 for a rb25 and have a few plugs that I wasnt sure where they went. After some research I figured out where they go but that just left me with more questions lol
First is a blue plug that appears to go into the Air Regulator valve for cold start (which I dont appear to have)
The second is a purple plug that I believe goes to the IAC, which the plug on the IAC that it connects to is broke off  . There is another plug that goes into the IAC which is brown and that one I have plugged up.
From my understanding the cold start air regulator valve is solely for helping adjust the idle while the engine warms up. And the IAC adjusts the idle speed when the a/c comes on or when the power steering senses full lock.
Basically I want to know if i should worry about it not having these hooked up or if i should start sourcing these parts. I live in florida so I feel that the air regulator isnt necessary. but the IAC seems to be something that some people skip over anyways. I plan on running a/c eventually but at this moment i only want to get the car running and work out any bugs it may have (i still have to tune my aem ems)
what does the brown plug do for the IAC vs the purple?
the purple nub where the purple connector used to be on the IAC has remnants of the 2 terminals showing Im wondering if I could just solder some wire to it.
any help is appreciated. I have some pics if needed. thanks
