my s13 isnt starting

Over the winter I had everything out of my car and put it all back in just recently. Went to start it up and it is getting power but when I turn the key it is back powering to the wiper motor. I'm not sure if I have a grounding issue or what. If anyone has any ideas it would greatly help. Thanks

if its just clicking when you try to start it, it could be the starter going bad from sitting to long, get a rubber hammer and bang on it alil while a buddy trys to start it, happened to my s14 after sitting for a long time
