You could just get one of those $100 Exedy clutch kits on eBay and play with that. I'm on a stock clutch and it works fine on mountain roads and daily driving.

As for a LSD, you could by my J30 VLSD. I'll even help you install it if you want. I might pick up a Nismo after the Nissan Festival on Nov 29th.

Yeah, those KA's suck ass.  :bash: :hammer:

Anyways, why do you want an upgraded clutch? I'm assuming you're running a stock KA24, and since you're planning on getting an SR, why do you wanna pay more for an ACT, when an OEM clutch will do the trick for the next 6 months? A stock clutch would be better to learn on for launching, and daily driving. As far as LSD goes, look around on ebay and at junkyards, I got lucky last week when there was a helical diff for sale. J30 diffs are easy to come by, but they have a 3.9? final gear as opposed to the stock 240 gearing of 4.08. Z32 diffs have 4.08 gearing but the output shafts are 5 bolt so you'll need pre-95 J30 axles to go along with it.

Doing the clutch is very easy.. it's just time consuming and a bit labor intensive. But with the right tools and enough help, it could be done in a day. Do it yourself, it's cake!

The J30 VLSD install was very easy as well. It took about 2 hours in all and that's because I took a lot of breaks. I'll shoot you a price once I get a new LSD.
