what motor for my 95 240sx?

im finally ready to get a motor put into my car and am trying to decide what motor to put into it. i want to put either a sr20 in it or a rb25 in it. the only thing that i am worried about is trying to pass emmisions. i live in MD and was wondering if anyone has done these swaps and if so can they pass emmisions for MD
