clutch problem

Before the winter i noticed my car would slip when under bigger load and when cold but when it would worn up really good it would not do it that easy. So i thought it was maybe my diff, so i had another VLSD so i swapped that in and i took it around the block, then it haled ass. So i parked the car in the garage and stared to work on it.
Took the engine out did the body work and now I just swapped back my sr after changing oil pump and painting the bay, and i noticed when i floor it in 1st it goes like it should but then when i change it in to 2nd and all other gears i just need to press the gas a bit more and it seams to be slipping like it did before i changed the diffs.
I tried adjusting the pedal and it does move the position of where the clutch catches but it still does the same thing.
I got a new slave from AZ back before any of this started happening.I don't know what to be thinking of any more. I got a s15 Sr 5MT and a stage 2 exedy clutch. The clutch i bought brand new about 3 1/2 years ago and about 15K miles are on it, when i put it in now it still looked fairly new...

could be that clutch wasnt broken in properly... i have same issue all cuz prvious owner didnt break it in properly.... plus its oem replacement...

the clutch was broken it the right way, i drove 1000 mile with out beating on it. and what you mean plus its a OEM replacement ^

if you dont mind taking it in and out you could always sand away the glazing if you know its the clutch slipping

I had a similar problem today and It turned out I just had to adjust the clutch pedal a bit (I had just installed a new clutch and had the pedal too "tight" )

well i kinda think that it is the clutch slipping but the Q is why does it not slip in 1st gear???
I washed the disk/flywheel/pressure plate with brake cleaner before i put it all together so i dont see what glazing would still be there!!!
I dont mind taking the trans off again but i wanna be sure that it will help cause i dont want to buy a new clutch since this one is not even that old...
Could the slave cylinder have to do something with it, i did buy it from auto zone and it only cost $12...

really unlikely the slave or master would be over-pressurizing the fork with the pedal not being depressed. Throw out bearing carrier was greased as well as input shaft and clutch hub?

yea all that was greased..
and thats what i thought about the cylinders..

so i got my new clutch master cylinder and it changed everything. now the clutch is all good!!
