hey guys when removing the differential bushings from the subframe do i have cut the inner sleeve shown in pic and pry it out ?? i burned out the centers already as you can see but before i go hacking away i want to be sure im doing this right. thanks for the input guys !

What bushings are you going to install?
for most you need to cut them (aluminum ones)
ES ones you don't
regardless, bushings should come with instructions

im going the energy suspension bushing.. i just needed to know quick since this week im getting it powdercoated. thanks man

^^uh, no. You're supposed to remove the sleeves for the ES ones. Read.

well trust me it says to remove the outer shell... and ya, you guess correct. I was surprised how much movement the diff had. I put those worm clamps around the forward bushings to keep them together. I've never seen poly crack like this before.

shit i cant believe it did that.. i actually just got the pdf to work. my adobe reader was messed up but yea i see now. im going to take to take the chance and go for the ES bushings.. ive heard good things about them but then looking at yours makes me want to forgot about them completely.

No worries. It was definitely an improvement over stock but like I said, I was quite surprised that split like that. Even if you took your frame to paint already, you can get those sleeves out without making much of a mess.
