most likely tires are flatspotted, a rim is bent, or tire is out of balance.
swap your rears for your fronts and see if the vibration follows.
Inspect the tires and wheels while you have them off.

Have you checked your wheels to make sure they are seated, not warped, don't have a hub-centric ring behind them when they don't need it, the lug nuts are on the whole way and torqued.. I'd start there.
Side note I seen "Viberation at high speed!!!help" and though you were stuck under a fatty, lol

worst case also check the weights that are on your drive shaft...

most likely NOT an out of balance tire unless there's just absoluelty no weights on it whatsoever. An out of balance wheel will vibrate at a certain speed and go away at another.
Most likely causes as some have previously stated...
1. bent wheel
2. tires could have flat spots
3. Driveshaft imbalance
Most of these are quite easy to see visually.

Bring it by the shop, we can check all that out for you.
Very likely to be one of the things listed by camaro379ss

generally no. Depends on how long they sit. Sometimes you can simply drive them out so to speak.

My car did the exact same thing. Once it got past 40mph it start have violent vibrations from the rear of the vehicle. It turned out that some of the bolts from the driveshaft to the diff were loose..
