ok so i went for a ride drove around for a while (havent daily drove for 6 months cuz i been redoing the car)

i went to the gas station cuz i was on empty.
turn off the car, put half tank of 93 in.
trying to start the car and its making the sound as if it would start but it wont.

try to push start it nothing, pushed it to this bigger hill to get more speed.
works, shoots out a black smoke out of the exhaust.

bogging out a little feeels like its just gonna die so im trying to cruise to the house thats 2 min away and air fuel ratio is reading at 11 at normal driving, oventually get to the house and its starting to run better, afr's are at 13, 14.
shut of the car same thing happens.

i was thinking its the fuel filter cuz its old, so i take it go get a new one and put it in. tried it nothing, realized i need to prime it, so i turn into ignition letting it prime . did this process like 10 times.
then try it, stil the same thing.

what else could it be?

i have a fully built 94 black top sr20det btw in an s13.

do you have fuel pressure at the fuel rail?
do you have spark?
do you have correct timing?
will the car start on starter fuel/carb spray?

start with the basics.

today i came back and started right up, and then let it run warm up for 10 mins, the afr's were at 14.5 about. shut off let it sit for 5 min and tried again and same sh**, it would crank but wouldnt turn over.

right now gonna try and get new spark plugs and check old ones.
