So, he came to buy my Cobra R wheels/tires on Feb 4th. We agreed on a price, but he showed up minus 30 for gas. Not really a big deal since i didn't notice one scratch on a wheel so he gave me the 380 and said that he didn't know if he could use the tires. In my add i clearly stated i am not paying for dismount. I told him he could take the rims/tires and bring me either the tires back or my full asking price depending on whether or not he could use the tires. I took a picture of his license with address and let him go on his way.
I text him on Feb 21st asking if he had them dismounted, he said no because he had been swamped with school. I am fairly understanding so i let it slide.
Fast forward to March 7th. Now keep in mind this is a FULL MONTH from his org. purchase date. I text and ask him if he has my money/tires and get this response:
"Ill be straight up with you, i sold them to pay for my car insurance + car payment and books and im left with nothing. Im in the process of selling my bike and camera gear to get any type of money so i could shoot you what i owe. Sorry about that"
Wow... so i dont post anything negative and just tell him to get my money. I text him again on the 24th with the same answer of "all i'm getting is flakes and shit" This dance goes on until April when i ask if he jsut wants to cut me a deal on his DSLR and we can call it square. He then procedes to tell me that his camera was stolen and so was his bike... This conversation is long and drawn out but the jist of it is
Me: WTF
Him: Well i wanted to give them back to you but you had already spent the money
Me: Yes, because it was mine... handle your shit already, i really dont feel like having to do work on this man
Him: (This is ver batum) "I'm doing what i can as a single child, college student to come up with your money"
Me: Dude... man the fuck up. Youre an adult. Handle your shit and dont overextend your finances. Get my money
I text him again and gave him the deadline before i put him on blast, so basically thats what im doing so i dont go to jail for stomping some guy.
Yes, i know im trusting... If any of you know this guy, tell him to man up and get me my money.
