I've noticed the Aero front bumper for the S13 Silvia is pretty rare and expensive. Is no one making fiberglass replicas of it? I've got a fiberglass production business near to me that makes Cobra kit car bodies and would probably be willing to help me set something up if there's a market for it.
Would it sell?
How about the sideskirts and rear valances, might as well do them too I guess?
What are your guy's thoughts?

URAS makes a bumper that looks quite close to it, I think its their N+ series. I think the main appeal of the aero bumper is how great it fits and the durability of oem materials. If someone is going to pay for a fiberglass bumper they're going to go with something more aggressive, just my .02 but I think you'd be better off if you could find someone to make it out of something like urethane or polyprypolene or ABS plastic that would be a hot seller compared to fiberglass.

To me the OEM Silvia sides and rear valances would be more appealing. They seem harder to find right now.

It's pretty hard to find those in good shape. I would be in for a replica front bumper.

I've seen one on ebay for around $300. I don't think its on there right now, but I know I saw it recently. As for a market for one, its a tough call. Part of the allure of the oem aero bumper is clean aero with oem fit and toughness. It might go if you can have made as a bolt on affair (perfect fit, pre-drilled, with riv-nuts or studs to hold it to the fenders) for the right price.

im 99% sure nissan has no desire to reproduce old silvia parts for maybe $5,000 in sales total?

You have no evidence to support those figures.

I have evidence they aren't going to start making S13 aero parts again. Cause they haven't.
Has Dodge/Ford/Chevy/etc started making body parts for old muscle cars, or has it taken an aftermarket company to do so...

I seen this replica on a Australian forum about 7 months ago. He wasn't sure of the brand but he only wanted a couple hundred for it.

Would you base your FRP Replica off an OEM Bumper? I really don't think the work would be worth it. Shipping would be kinda high. How would you make the grilles? No grilles doesn't really make the aero bumper look good.
There is a few companies make FRP Replica Silvia rear valances now. As for sides OEM side skirts aren't really to expensive and they are indestructible.

True Silvia skirts, not 180sx chuki, are pretty hard to find. Then finding them without multiple cracks and chunks missing is even harder.
But yea, like others have said, repros would have to be dirt cheap to make up for the fact that they aren't going to have OEM fitment and materials and anything that is an exact replica will be way too expensive to produce on a small scale.

Make rear coupe valences that come further down.

I think at about a $500 or less price point with the right fit, it may go. If it would fit like the text modified aero that I have and I would break what I have, I would strongly consider it. This is mine, I got it, got out the bondo, sanders, dremel tool, and was ready to fit some fiberglass, and when it was done the only tool I used was a wrench, the only thing I changed on this bumper from the way it came out of the box was the color.

If you can match that kind of fit with a clean oem look, I think it would be a great part.

I have an aero bumper. And no way would I spend $500 on a fiberglass one when you can find a real one for close to that amount.

You can't have it all for a low ass price, I paid 700 bucks for mine way back in 04, if you want nice shit you have to pay to play, it's as simple as that, I'm sure Sam @ JSpec can find you one, I bought most of my kouki 180sx aero from him as well. Just don't expect him to go getting you stuff for unrealistic prices. And there was a guy on ebay selling replicas for like 200 bucks a few years ago not sure if he does anymore.

there are 2 type of people in this world
1 will save up for the good stuff knowing that
they would sell the knock off later and get the real thing so
why go through all that hassle.
2 will get the knock off and deep inside they know
they still want the real thing just lying to themselves
that's it's ok to get the knock off.
a car put together with pile of junk will just be junk.
as for the real aero bumper due to the exchange rate, it's about
$450 cost for a clean one in Japan, shipping a bumper and storing a bumper
is a bitch and expensive so no one will sell one for cheap.
you can suck it up and buy one or keep dreaming you'll find one for cheap.
truth hurts

Just like jspecusa mentioned, there's already bumpers extremely similar to the Aero bumper readily available. The problem is, people aren't willing to pay for them.
As always, you'll have people saying "Yes, make them and we'll buy them". Once you make them, everybody will suddenly disappear. I know this first hand.
The only way you'll sell them is by making them out of Urethane, but good luck getting those made cheap.
