i think the s14 is better? since i dont have the AIV stuff.... this is for an s13,, but im sure they both fit right?

that i'm not too sure.. the down pipe is different.. and s14 has a build in cat on the down pipe.. Let me know if it does too haah!! but i do have both of them s13 or s14.

well if anything i can just grab the s13... theonly problem is i dont have the AIV for rerouting the Exhaust back to the Intake ( i removed all of that) does yours come with a Plug? or the original Tubbing? so i can weld that back together?
