-Selling the motor set out of my s14 daily driver. Motor is super reliable and very strong, absolutely no issues.
-Recently sold my Full-Race 3076 turbo kit to try the new BorgWarner EFR series 67/58.
I love the new EFR turbo you can feel the night and day difference between the spool and power band. The 67/58 EFR feels damn near identical to the 2871 except it is rated to 500hp compared to 380hp (2871)…..
-With the t2 flange, smaller inlet housing, and 1:1 titanium turbine wheel approximate 1:1 turbine: compressor weight ratio dramatically improves turbo response.
-Full boost @ 3700 rpm, turbo begins spool at 2000 rpm. Never lose RPMs while shift with the efr similar to the stock t28 in response.
-Next I’m upgrading to a larger displacement engine and I’ll be running the same turbo kit.
-I’m willing to sell the motor set with or without the turbo kit, either way I’ll be using the same efr series turbo on the new motor.
