I've been trying to lower the boost pressure from 10 psi to 6-7 psi by adjusting the length of actuator arm. I've already adjusted it three times. Right now its about an inch longer but I'm still getting same boost pressures across all gears.
Here is the pictures after I lengthened the actuator arm. You can see the color difference on the actuator arm in the first picyure. That's how much I lengthened in day one. Later, I lengthened it even more in the second picture. But still getting the same results. There is plenty space there for the arm and flapper to move. This is very strange. Anyone has a clue why?
