Ok my friend just swapped a 95 KA24DE into his 92 because his original motor was blown. He reused his 92 tranny and used the S14 clutch/pressure plate/flywheel. He also used a JDM S13 Silvia driveshaft that was lying around from a clip he had. It's about 1/2-1 inch shorter than the stock driveshaft. Ok here's the problem:
The car drives fine while it's in gear, but once you put it in neutral and let go of the clutch it starts to sputter and acts almost like it's about to stall. The whole car shakes but it seems like it's coming from the back of the car I guess where the driveshaft is? Well once you clutch in, the shaking goes away. Anyone know what the problem could be? TIA
