sleepy eyes at night???

so I'm just wondering if there's any aftermarket lights or mounting kits to use the lights at night in the sleepy eye position and have the lights pointing in the right position?

they are really hard to find too... nsx lights are sick! but any other options people are doing? I cant seem to find too much...
