I recently picked up s13 coupe with rebuilt motor and want to go KA turbo.
I have had enough with SS manifold cracking so this time I am gonna go with cast iron manifold. I want to run gt25 and bottom mount. Seems like all the cast iron manifolds out there are for t3/t4 flange. does anyone know a company that makes cast iron for t25/t28 turbos for ka?
I am planning on finishing this project by end of summer so please let me know!

Cast manifolds are not any better. If you want it to work right, get a good manifold. Also I'm sure you can SEARCH on ka-t . org to answer all your questions. If you are looking for cheap, get a Log manifold made in the US.

JGS make a nice and stiff LOG mani...also you can use SR20 mani, cut the runners and reweld KA's flang on

search here you will find it

Cast is best for stock bottom mount /t2 flanged turbos. Heat retntion helps spool, and never (well, it's possible but rare) cracks. Especially on a KA where it doesn't run high revs, I'd stay away from tubular stuff for small frame low output turbos.
