I've been wanting to put an oil pressure gauge on my KA for quite some time now. It's built so of course I'm kinda worried just naturally.
I don't think I have low oil pressure, but when I'm driving I can hear my valves/cylinder head clearly(yes the clearances are all 100%), with the window down. I'm sure if I had low oil pressure my motor would've blown up now, seeing as I drive 26 miles to work every day.
Anyway, with that said, what are you guys using for your oil pressure gauge? I'd rather go mechanical than electric.
Also, my stock sending unit is already tee'd for my turbo feed. Can I use the other fitting that is on the oil filter housing?
