There won't be a "next year" coming out of my mouth for a long time now that I've been let down. I have never been so disappointed in the cubs.

When the game was over I seriously got up without saying anything to anyone, went outside in the cold, stood there for 15 minutes with a messed up let down face, went back in.

I needed to pay my respects to the dead dream of having a world series shot.
