the only thing that will last on that kit is the intercooler core(maybe piping/couplers), and the elbow and down pipe. The turbo is china junk, the manifold will crack, manual boost controller is worthless and inaccurate, bov is garbage and will leak, and i guarrantee the oil feed line will fail causing you to grenade your motor. The clamps are nice though.
Do yourself a HUGE favor and do your ka24de-t rite the first time. Do as much research as you can while saving more money. You can build a nice setup for your budget. You will thank me later, and wont end being another person that bashes ka's cause your broke due to garbage parts. If you need some help in doing so feel free to pm me. Im now on my 23rd ka-t build and have only had one fail since ive started (ebay oil feed line from a customer broke at a stop light and burned the car to the ground).
With car parts, if it seems to good to be true. Stay away.

^^ what he said. you can easily piece together a custom kit using quality parts around that price

Yes I agree with him as well. Your best bet is to start piecing it together with legit parts. Double your budget for sure. Consider everything else you'll need to get it running. You'll need larger injectors, gauges (I'm sure the ones with the kit are inaccurate. And you'll need a rom tune or just a fuel mapping tool. Learn from others mistakes with china turbos. You wouldn't want your engine eating a compressor wheel would you?

t25 setups can be pieced together for less than 1k. Someone on my forums was actually selling a t28 setup for 1200 a while back with a tune from Enthaply.
Just gotta wait for deals to come around. Patience will save you a good bit of money.

I would have to agree with the previous post. I am planning the same thing but mine will be around 4 grand. You don't need that much but I would at least budget 3. Personally I am going with JGS parts. They are not cheap, but you get what you pay for.

i pieced my t25 set-up for about 800 and that includes a jwt ecu lol... good things come to those who wait. im on a budget so where i can go cheap i probably will but i know not to cheap out on parts like a turbo, lines, injectors, manifolds, ect... just do a nice t28 set-up. u have plenty of cash do reach you goal

Do some research first.Get a list of everything u need for a turbo setup, and i mean evrything down to the vacuum lines. U need to be patient or you will just go blowing your motor. After u get a list going, research each quality part for deals. You can also get each part here on Zilva, but like i said u have to be patient. Im in the process of getting a kit together myself and it takes a lot of thinking when on a budget. Good Luck on the build.
