Q45 diff gear swap??

Whats up guys I have a quick question about a q45 diff gear swap. Now I want to upgrade cause of the 28spline axels but I don’t want the 3.69 or 3.5 what ever it is. I know its an r200 diff an all but has anyone but in the 4.08 or higher and kept the 28spline axles? I have all the gear hubs z32tt driver side axel and q45 driver side axel . I plan on doing this soon and wanted to know before I tear apart two diffs and find out it don’t work.
