Things to look out for when buying a 240sx with SR

Im going to be checking out a 240sx with a blacktop SR today. Not familiar with SR's but am with KA's and VGs.

What are some key things to do or look out for when purchasing one?

wiring, compression numbers, Spark plug condition, turbo shaft play (if its a T-25)
How it runs, does it smoke

You should have tried, leaks of any kind, and rust. Could be added to the list

he's from the bay area, we have no rust issue.
