need help w/ s-afc reading

I need help with a reading i'm getting grom my s-afc i just installed on my 240sx. The air flow % is reading a max of 0.5%. I want to know on a non-turboed car what should my readings be? I'm almost positive something is wrong with the reading i'm getting. Please help!

c'mon. nobody here runs a s-afc on a KA? If you do could you please post the configuration?
