its some stupid complete no name brand alarm, trust me, I've searched for hours trying to find any bit of info on it....theres absolutely nothing to find, it was just a cheap as hell ebay alarm simply inteded for the purpose of giving me remote locks. I think i'm gunna go over to nissan today and try to see what wiring diagrams they can give me if any?

going to the dealership will probably will not help much, but heres something that may help.
with the alarm you should have gotten a wireing diagram. on the diagram there should be 2 or three wires comming out for the door locks, one will be marked (-)lock, (+)unlock one of the others will be marked (-)unlock, (+)lock. on your 240 you would attach the

(-)lock wire to the lite green/white wire by the drivers kick pannel
(-)unlock wire to the brown wire by the drivers kick pannel

if the alarm has a negative trigger capability (most do) then thats it.

hope this helps
