Just finished the install about an hour ago w/ the help of Dorifto180SX(Lindsay) and Dousan36(Aaron.) And of course Mr. Migs(Mike) in the back making bad jokes and borowing his tools! :P

http://www.jic-magic.com/images/suspension/flta2-detail.gif

Spring Rate 8k/6K set to about middle all the way around

Camber in front almost dialed all the way in.

-Ride Height guessing sucks! First we lowered the back it was tuckin rim and those were only 17's. Exhaust had say an inch clearnce from the ground. I would have kept it at this height but without my fenders rolled I couldn't do it yet. So off the wheel. Take it off the hub. Adjust it. Wheel back on repeat...then one moree time agina! Ahhhhh

-Ride quality is much smoother then expected for a coilover designed more specifically for track then for street.

-Very Stiff and feels much more stable then a standard spring shock combo. Old set up was Eibach Sportlines w/ Koni yellow shocks.

I won't go too deep in this review being that it's been covered many times but basicially it was a great upgrade.

Su-Goy!

same thing happened to Kookz's car at DOW back when he had my winter wheels on (which were recently bashed  ). I believe all he did was tuck it above the frame and under the top of the fender....

(This was done in a controlled, safe environment, so kids, don't try it at home!)

I need to raise my car. I never thought I would hear myself saying that but the height I have it set on now is redicolous. Tire tuckin slamed w/ body kit. I can't drive anywhere with it and already added a few more battle scars to the friends aero bumper. I need to takea few pics before I raise it though.

i've been contemplating the FLT a2's for a while now. I have about 2.5-3 months to decide then I gotta buy the damn things.

Im really getting tired with the lack in adjustment with the AGX's. Yea they were nice and all, but they were so damn unpredictable. Of course Im not looking forward to having to remove the wheels to adjust, but shiiiiiiiiiet ill do it anyway.

Maybe Ill go monster truck style in the winter.

Congrats NiteKids

It sounded like a pain in the butt to me at first, but once you go to a couple track/autox/drift/whatever events you get used to jacking the car up and messing with the brakes, suspension, or just swapping wheels really quick. Generally once you set your height you aren't going to mess with it unless you run a couple different sets of wheels, but even then its a very easy process to raise/lower the car with most any nice coilover set. Dampening is adjustable with the wheels on, the knob is easy to reach if you turn the front wheels to the side and the rears are on the top of the strut. Very easy to adjust the camber plates also. Be warned, they are hell on bad roads but I'm not one to care. :D

did you notice my location? Jersey is 95% potholes and 5% Dirt roads...

but Im riding 4/8 adjustment on my AGX's and I feel fine. Little bumpage never hurt. And hell, Ill have my matching black Corbeau CR'1s and the second harness (have one now) by the time I get the coil-over's.
