Hello,
Recently I've flushed the cooling system with distiled water, poured in new antifreeze. Placed the car so that the radiator cap would be higher then almost everyting else and ran the engine till it stoped bubbling (that didn't took long) and then a surprisingly short amount of time till the engine got up to 80C(176F).
Now the problem is that the lower radiator hose seems empty, or at least half full, i can hear bubbles when i squeze it. When I tried driving the engine heats up VERY quickly. The top hose, engine head, radiator get very hot but the lower hose stays cold..
Is the thermostat broken? Did I F%*K the thermostat up by removing the bleeder srew on the exhaust engine side when I was bleeding the system? (hear that you should only lossen it..)

Sounds like the thermostat isnt opening...time to replace it with a new. Make sure the bleed hole is up top when you replace it.
