Got an odd one here for you guys..

I was driving my car home from school, cruising at 45.. All of the sudden, The car stops responding to gas.. no shaking.. no noticable drop in speed, it just stops taking gas, so I look down, and all the idiot lights are on like I've stalled, I push in the clutch and RPMs drop to 0 like i stalled..

I repeat though.. no shaking.. not bucking, just the car turns off.. If i pull over, and immediatly try to restart it.. nothing. It would crank forever but not turn over. I had to wait about 3 - 8 min until I could crank it when it would turn over.

I've replaced the new battery, maf, fuel pump, new gas tank, new coil, new spark plugs, new spark plug wires, new dizzy cap and rotor, new fuel injectors.... and there no visible vacuum leaks.. If you know whats up please let me know.. Thanks alot !

OEM WIRING.. Everything is uncut. REplace fuse and relay for fuel pump, egi, starter relay near the battery on the s13 5 speed btw

for sure it's not the alternator!

get a whole new dizzy ... same EXACT symptoms i had on my ka months ago it would drive perfectly fine for an hour or so then just die out of nowhere like someone took your keys offand would start after letting the car sit. and if the dizzys not the case try your alternator regulator might be bad. Ive changed all of the above and was still stuck till i gave up and brought it to the shop and they said the dizzy was bad said something in the internals some sort of chip not sure

hope this helps goodluck man !

Before you go replacing parts check the ecu for codes.

Id say fuel pressure may be suspect. You should test the fuel ressure as well as volume. And make sure none of your o-rings are bad on the injectors. It could be flooding cylinders.

Get some maf cleaner and go to town. Also check your iacv.

Had the same problem with my kade check your ecu for codes if you get code 34 that's knock sensor.
Replace knock sensor, maf, and o2 sensor. That fixed mine

210 because of high compression build, ALL MOTOR
It was the dizzy
