sr20det screeching nosie help

my s13 sr20 started screeching and popping when its at high rpms. i rev it up high and then when i let go of the gas it screeches then pops it sound louder on the turbo side of the engine. i havent got a chance to take off the valve cover to see but does any know what it might be.

Dose it make the sound when you build boost or just in the High RPM?

i havent boosted it yet since it stated making that noise. at neutral i rev it up high only and let go immeditly it makes the sound. at idle it dosent knock screech nothing.
