yes it is doable but the car is very unpredictable....it wants to constantly hook up. You can however eliminate the hicas via a $100 bar that replaces the rear steering rack. Then you have a good starting point because it already has a VLSD. go for it!

okay..
how hard is the bar to install? is it just a simple hack that wont let hicas control the toe anymore?

also, with hicas 'removed'... wouldnt there be lots of dead weight in the rear from leftover components?

one last question, where can i get this bar for $100? ive heard of lock kits, but not for $100...

Are you sure the car would have VLSD?

Do ALL Hicus have VLSD?

I know all ABS dont have it.

yes, all super hicas S13's have VLSD's. There are plenty of hicas elimination bars. search, you'll find one, i don't remember any off the top of my head. yes, once you eliminate hicas, you do have some spare parts on the car you can take off, power steering lines and such. maybe someone with better knowledge will know. my experience with hicas is on Z32's, however not very much experience.
