story: my buddy gives me his car to fix and says. he was running 10psi fine then it bucked so he let off. since then it has had misfire, bucking issues. runs pretty much normal pre-boost, runs okay if half or less throttle.

bucks/misfire/detination once or twice if you stab it.

things that we have done
-new FPR set at 43.5 also tried alittle higher
-tried three mafs (known working ones)
-switched out cps (known working ones)
-replaced factory bov with hks
-pressure checked the intake system will hold 15psi till you release the air
-tried 3 sets of plugs nkg copper heats 6 ,7 and 6 iridiums. with diff gaps .028,.030
-new fuel filter
-adjusted first tps only got .33 volts switched tps from running car and ajd . 40 is best we could get???
-threw ecu codes got #11 cps. but changed that with working one???
-compression checked all 4 cylinders are 150 even
-idle voltage 14.3
-secured and double checked all grounds including coilpack harness.
-do have walbro 255 pump
-stock sidemount
-all coil packs and injectors pass the idle unplug test. but thats idle

we tried setting timing but it wont run well at all when on time or even close.
it will idle and run decent if advanced a ways.

Thanks for any help or ideas you guys may have. thanks for reading this.

is it the stock fuel filter? maybe the wastegate vacuum line came off and its hitting fuel cut? mine did the same thing but it has a misfire and it was a injector

wastegate lines all good he is running a ebc. boost hits 7psi and stays like a rock. any ideas on how to check the injectors without any others around? the motor reacts when you pull the plug at idle but what about for load/driving? also how to check the same with the coils?

well usually when one or the other goes bad, its bad even at idle or driving. i had a integra that the tps had a dead spot and it was fine until half throttle then it would misfire and buck. id try a new tps. and if the fuel filter is stock id do that also just to make sure and its only 10 bucks

How much you wanna bet one of your coilpacks is fucked up and losing spark?

Let me guess. With no boost, it's fine until about 3500 rpm, and then if you boost, it all of a sudden starts to jerk back and forth, like its not getting power?

I had the same problem immediately after I put in a walbro 255. Rained the next day, and I took it to Pit Garage. We pulled out my plugs and coilpacks. One coilpack was completely white on the inside.

Replaced the pack and spark plugs.

SMOOOOTH.

my old built sr did the same and it was from 5 very small vacuum leaks that only showed up with a smoke machine

I had a problem like that and it ended up my chips on my tuned ecu went bad but the car ran perfect till like 6000 rpm
