How would these come off the same car?. The tab is for the 300ZX Ebrake assembly pin. The other hub is most likely just off an S14.....

i took them off the same car, hence why i stated that they are off the same car. They both work fine. You are correct about where they originated, but they came off the same car, you can use them together and there is no problem. Does that answer your question?

it still gonna work either one of them has a tab or not. i have the same in my car and works fine.
