S13 Hatchback roof wing & Intake

I recently sold my 240 so I have no use for these parts and I need to fund my current car (http://zilvia.net/f/#) so these have to go. I never used either of these parts on my car, and I bought them both used here.

S13 hatchback (http://zilvia.net/f/#) roof wing, not sure of brand but its flat black and ready for some paint or just put it on your car. I did a test fit and it fit perfect and looked awesome but I never mounted it on my car.

Intake. Its a ka24de pipe with the filter, maf adapter and a coupling. It's an AEM and I was told it's carb legal you just have to get a new carb sticker. The intake pipe is sprayed black. I was told this intake can work on a single cammer and I test fit it and got it to work on my car, but never fully installed it either.

It's not an ebay roof wing. My buddy has an ebay roof wing on his 240 and it barely fits. This thing fit perfect on my car.
