What:

The rims are in very good condition, the white stuff isn't scratches, it was just a powerdery residue from what was put on top of it while in the garage. It has nicks here and there from daily driving, but nothing major.

17x8 +40 (reverse mounted, so I believe the offset is ~30)
17x9 +40 (reverse mounted, so I believe the offset is ~30)

Comes with Falken 452 with 50-60% tread.

245/40/17

Is there a reason why you went with a different profile? i mean is there any difference in profile from 215/45 to 245/40?

The height profile of a 215/40 would be almost the same as a 245/40, give or take a few mm
