So I just bought a jeep 2 weeks ago, split it with my mom since her old 4runner was getting old and was turning into a pile. It was going to be my trailer truck for trackdays on the 240 and use it when my car was on jackstands, and my mom's for daily driver, when im in school since i go to school in the central coast (SLO). I left from spring break and waiting on registration, a day after i got insurance, week into school i get a call the car was stolen over night... Shit blows. cops were called the whole 9 yards. Its a 2000 Jeep wrangler CA plates 6kfk872 stolen in IB, San Diego. 5 minutes from the border so we dont doubt the car went south.
Only pic of the car with my cell phone on the first day we got it. Already working on it as you can see the rags on the bottom. The door in the pic is 6, we live in 5(to the left) and they stole it from that spot, where i would park my 240 if i were home... It has a rare 2 piece hardtop and the paint on the top and the hood is peeling. it has the newer model jeep wheels. all keys are accounted for (including gas cap and hood pins) and it was alarmed so idk what happened.

Also trading my 240 for a 97+ jeep 4.0 auto since my mom needs a car more than i do.
Any info helps, thanks
