I've been doing some research (outside of zilvia and in zilvia), and I don't understand how the turbo pulls the oil. Do you hook it up to the oil pump, or do you just plug it into the oil pan, and the turbo draws a suction and pulls it in the turbo?

The turbo gets oil from where the oil sending unit is. right next to the oil filter. The oil return is the oil line that goes to the oil pan.

the turbo does not "pull" oil in, it gets feed with oil.
the engine oiling system is pressurised by the oil pump, and the oil pump is driven by the crank. therefor any place the oil passage runs through without the obstruction of a thermostat can be used for oil feed on the turbocharger.

the turbo also has to sit higher than the oil pan, in order to let gravity drain the oil from the turbo into the oil pan, to complete the oiling circulation on the turbo.

Ok, I get this, but where in the block do you hook up the oil feed line? Is the oil sending unit in the block, or outside. Be more thorough on the description.

do you have a sohc or a dohc.?
i dont know about the sohc but the dohc has a the oil sending unit to the right side of the oil filter when your looking directly at the filter... just unplug that and you'll need a T-fitting adapter so you could plug back in the original unit and your turbo feed line...i dont remember what size the T fitting should be though...
