Anyone got reccomendations for shops for different jobs? Body work, paint, brakes, tuning, etc.

Just wondering if there are any horror stories or good ones about the shops here so I can be somewhat informed =).

hey, I can do just about anything you want to do to your car other than paint and bodywork. Whatever you do, don't go to protech, they suck. I am not going to go into details here on the forum but I personally know of two SR guys that were reamed something aweful by protech. (one of them is still trying to get his problem resolved) If you want more info, e-mail me.

I am only an hour and a half away from Austin, so I can help out with stuff if you need it.

I have hood excellent dealings with BoostLogic they are great and they do custom work on almost anything. Plus Justin Nenni is one of the greatest tuners in the region. He tuned my last AEM powered car and got some staggering numbers out of that little bastahd!
