hey guys;

I have a jdm silvia s13 and id like to repaint another two tone. I got the paint code of the one id like but after having searched a bit, Im not sure what to do with this code. The local paint shops dont have a listing since it was a two tone from the motherland. What would you guys suggest in order for me to get the proper paint.

find a different paint supply shop

most paint shops should be able to look up all types of codes

if not, bring in a sample and just have them match it. but they should be able to go by the book. and no, jdm paint is no different than ours.. although mfg's have changed to water-bourne

Lol better paint from there, someone's never bought paint and paint supplies before. We just picked up 3 quarts LP2 midnight purple from the local Dupont store here in the states, they had that in their system. Like ixfxi said, try more shops until you find it, someone will have it. You may have to make friends with them to get them to make phone calls to sister stores haha.

As ixfxi stated, find a different shop.

No real reason why they wouldn't be able to find the color code or match it.
