This might belong in OT but i know many of you don't frequent OT so i'll post it here.
I bought a motor mount set form them a month ago and havn't recieved a confirmation email or any email or phone call for that matter. I contact them via the email address on their site regularly to no avial. They don't have a phone number or anything else i could possibly contact them thru on their site, so i was wondering if anyone knows a way in which i can.

I have been hearing a lot of shady stuff about them. Try asking the guys from Rare Trick, he had a lot to say about their shadyness, he might know how to contact him, I think his name is Mad Scientist on 240sxforums.

i didn't have any problems with them with my order...thats odd.
this may be a stupid suggestion, but if youre not getting any responses from nismo-parts.com try emailing to nismoparts.com same shop, but two different sites, so maybe youll get at least one response.
also, has the payment showed up on your CC bill?

are you sure those two companies are the same? one is in new york and one is in washington. No, the order didn't show up on the CC bill yet. So it appears as if he hasn't billed me yet, and thus not sent out the mounts. At this point, i just wanna cancel my order and tell this guy to fcuk off!! Too much work for some damn motor mounts.
Any more ideas?

i orfered a set from them and called them after a week. He said they are on back order and he would call me when they arrived. its been about 2 1/2 weeks now

i haven't been able to get ahold of the guy either i figure I will cancel if i don't at least get some communication by the end of next week and just buy whiteline bushings instead

You can't contact them. I had the same problem ordering 180sx kouki tail lights from them a few years ago and was unable to find a working email address or phone number.... the lights came in about 6 months later.
Ordering from www.courtesyparts.com might have been a better bet, I dunno.

RBS14 and everyone else, lets clear things up, because we have people talking about 2 different companies from what I can see.
If you're looking for nismo-parts.com (hypen is important), PM either nismo-joe, or nismo-parts.com on this board. As for nismoparts.com (sans hypen), I don't know how to contact them. I'll inform the guys from nismo-parts.com that you guys are looking for them so they check up on things.
And last I knew nismo-parts.com was told by Nissan that the SR20 engine mounts were backordered for a few weeks.
i know joe personally, good guy... supports the drift scene up here even though he drive a teg..
he should come through for you man.
