Well I haven't got them yet. I tracked him down and got his number and he claims he has shipped them. I have to give him 30 days before I can file a claim or anything. I am waiting to do that because I highly doubt the are shipped.

i would call paypal to let them know wahts up before had just in case paypal tries to be iffy as well case you never know. always better to be safe than sorry

i tell you this..cuz it happened to me before. buying some parts on ebay..open case,dispute, negative feedback..but never got my money back,and it was like $55 bucks!

You don't have to wait 30 days. I think it's like 7. I'd check again, but I know if you dont do anything within 45 days then you're out of luck. If you're skeptical about the transaction, I'd get in contact with paypal and keep them posted. Maybe you just got a sweet deal though..

@cordobes you could have easily won the case on ebay if they didnt provide a tracking number. without it they cant prove that they sent it, after you escalate the case to ebay, they usually rape sellers. i know too well this bs...
