Am new to the drifting world. Working with a SoCal photography and printing company to start making videos for the Drift world. Thanks to racingroyalty.com (http://www.racingroyalty.com) for introducing me to a whole new galaxy.

Editing is cool but the video quality is horrible. Did you film it with your camera?

video was an afterthought. was filmed with a flip camera. The video idea was a new one for racingroyalty.com. The quality and product will continue to improve from here.

yeah, for this kind of thing you guys are going to need to pick up some kind of video capable dslr. I'd suggest the Nikon D7000 just because it has continuous autofocus while in video (canon's video has to be manually focused)

This is what I am here for. nxt774, Could you be more specific ? Are you relating to the video quality, the length, action or other ? We need a place to start to make this fun.
As far as Racing Royalty is concerned, they have a business that deals with imagery, photography and printing. I was just trying to come up with an idea to help promote the company. RR does awesome work with the cars' image's and the girls in front of them. My intentions were to help with a new "vehicle" in getting people to visit the site.
I think that video media is appreciated when it comes to action sports. So I used our existing, limited, resources in making something happen. All criticism is taken, at this point, for consideration. There is discussion about proper video cameras in the works!
Hope to get a new, better quality, video out there soon. Oh, and check out RacingRoyalty.com (http://www.racingroyalty.com) for more cool images from that XDC experience!

The pictures look great, dude. The video just doesn't seem to be up to par. Try a better video camera and watch some other drift videos to see what other people are doing.
