I was a bit hesitant at first after reading positive and negative reviews. The negative ones were mostly about waiting for tires on back order.

So I shot them a email asking if they had my size and model in stock and ready to ship out, they emailed me back promptly with a yes. Placed my order on a Wed. Night. Got my tracking number Thursday evening, and tires showed up next Friday!

Mind you this is from Cali to Florida.

Paid 147 out the door for a pair Federal 595's 215-45-17's. Not bad, plan on ordering from again in the future.

I wish i would have known to call first. Ive been waiting for over a week and I still havent gotten any tracking #. Ive tried calling but they keep putting me on an answering machine
This has been a hassle and if i find somewhere else with similair prices Im going elsewhere

Good luck trying to call them, they never pick up! I'm surprised the even answered "persona's" email cause they never responded to any of mine.. Rather go to city tire in south gate!

I dont know guys, They responded within a 2 hour time frame to all my emails, I made sure to ask very direct and prompt questions about their inventory and business etc. I bugged them about their inventory, tire sizes, and if they shipped my order out etc.

Sorry about the trouble I guess I just asked all the right questions, maybe cancel the order through PP or CC.

i ordered 18 federals from them last year. they shipped it to me on a pallet to save on shipping and the whole transaction was great. just ordered 10 more yesterday. i'll let you know how things go.

got my 10 tires yesterday. no issues. i would recommend calling them though to ask about stock levels since they are a smaller company and their website does not list stock.

I love that there are 15 minutes from me. I ordered a set of 18" federals in person and they had them in the next day for pick up! Total was 280 out the door! I love onlinetires!!

i hate that they're not great on customer service, however they are good on price especially with picking up. However i've had to wait an hour before while i could see my tires just waiting to be picked up because nobody would grab them and sign it off for me. Everyone would just walk by me and ignore me no matter what i did to try to grab their attention

I've ordered a lot of tires from these guys and have nothing but god experiences with them.

Even with backordered tires.
