My sr idles at 2k rpm, while driving for awhile I notice when I let off the gas the rpm drops down below 1k almost hitting zero car cuts out most of the time and then if it doesn't after driving some more it goes back to 2k at idle and it gets bouncy again, any suggestions? I was thinking timing or maybe a fuel issue?

Yea I need to look into that could be the bov not being recirculated? I had this issue on my sti with the bov once I recirc it went away

Anytime you atmospherically vent a bov on a mafs set up, you are going to stumble, because you are releasing air your ecu has already accounted for. The high idle though, shouldnt be a symptom of this unless you have leaks

check your maf wiring could be loose and shaking

check your idle air control valve

recirculate your blow off valve unless its tuned for atmostphere

check for a vaccum leak (intercooler couplings, etc.)
