Most 75w-90 gear lube will be just fine. Or even 80w-90 I believe it must have Gl-4 in it, you can read on the bottle and it should say. Most gear lube nowadays has gl4 or gl5 but some might not. Just use the same in the rear end.

GL-4 and GL-5 are a set of specifications, not something they add in.
GL-4 allows the protection of brass (synchros) by not including sulfur in the mix. GL-5 does contain sulfur and would be a unwise choice for the transmission.
There is only a handful of GL-4 oils on the market. Redline MT-90 is one of them, not sure if people are still using it.

If your diff is welded, don't opt for something with a LSD additive. Its not required. You need a GL-5 oil in here. The added sulfur allows the oil to take more pressure.

So:

75-90 for the transmission in GL-4.
80-90 for the diff in GL-5.

Redline MT90 is GL4 75-90W and good for all tran's, the diff uses GL5 based oil and you can use Redline 70-140 GL5 for the diff.

Redline and you will never look back :)

Well i use just basic 80-90 and it has done me no problem for the past 5 years in both trucks, and 2 years in my car.
