ASFrecorder wont grab this. Just stream the entire thing and then open your temporary internet files folder. It should be in there.

That BOV sounds nothing like a RFL. sounds like a SSQV but it's definately not a RFL.

It's called touge (mountain racing). I'm one of the many who attempt this in the US. =)
