Are s13/14 e-brake cables interchangeable?

Hello zilvia my s14 passenger e-brake cable streched or went out so to fix this ill replace that. I was wondering if i could hit up a junkyard n take it off an s13?

I don't think so, you will be about 4" too short. Its the same reason you can use Z32 ebrake cables on an S13 w/Z32 brake swap, but you need to use R33 cables with and S14 w/Z32 brakes.

no, lengths are different as has been pointed out
and the ends hook up differently to the calipers

Thanks for the replies everyone and i have found a seller off his parts car i know new would be best since i wont have to worry about them being streched or wearing anytime soon but ill compare prices and go from there!! thanks again
