Ive dealt with a few different shops in the socal area (not gona say any names)and havent had good expieriences. Ive been recommended SR20 Store, G-Dimensions, Team Clockwork, Shutoko engineering, and a few other places. ANY SUGGESTIONS??

Just curious, what did you hear that was bad about them? Marco rebuilt my sr in my old s14 and it was perfect. He also did the sr swap in my s13 and again it was perfect. He even hooked it up with a/c for no charge. He know's what he's doing because he's been in the game for years and has many many happy customers.
He's really busy so if you go there and ask a bunch of questions he'll be happy to answer them for you. But if you give him the impression that you don't have any intentions of going through him he'll probably blow you off. But then again so will any busy person trying to make it in this sucky economy.
Do your research on exactly what you need to have done so when you talk to shops you could ask intelligent questions and not give an impression that you're wasting the shop's time.
So many people here go to shops and ask a bunch of stupid questions (not implying that you do this) so the shop people get frustrated and lose patience and come off as being rude.

You don't have to give specifics, but what kind of prices have you been getting for a rebuild?

DADS GARAGE in Lemongrove!!!!! Mark is the man!!!! He builds motors for JWT!
I would recommend Mike Kondo at canyon racer motorsports in Mission Viejo. IMO best service I had outside Japan.
