Hey Guys,

Just got back from Thailand with my car for F.D,
I was wondering, in regards to F.D USA, who on this forum drives in the series?

What are the cost's you spend, and how far is each track?
How would i be able to transport my Silvia?

What is the highest octane rating of fuel available on the PUMP?

I would be keen on shipping my car over this year, just need to work out my budget!

any help would be much appreciated...

Kind Regards
Alex

pro or pro-am?

east coast = 93/94 octane
west = 91 iirc

tracks are spread across the country for the pro series
for pro-am its usually one area or one track
look to spend somewhere around the 400 mark in entry, tires, gas, food, etc. for pro-am
not a damn clue on what it costs for the pro series that you watch on tv.

trailer it.

Series ofcourse. Where is a good place to ask these questions? Tyres and mechanical stuff is not a worry as i have my team for that. Mainly just costs of track entry and everything like trailor hire costs and someone who's got experiance with drifting in usa...

Off the top of my head only a few people on here run in the FD pro series on this sit. There is another forum with more FD drivers and also FD judges on it also, but I doubt you are on that site especially if you're asking here.

Best thing to do is visit the FD site for information on 2011 rulebook regarding tech inspection.

Last I heard which was just recently in the last few days was that tech inspection was April 2nd of this year and so unless you can get your car here for that I don't know what you would have to do.

How do you plan on running in the pro series? Does your license transfer over to FD status?

Realistically, the best thing for you to do in regards to any questions is to contact Formula D directly via phone or email.

I know entry fee have been raised this year so just a heads up on that.

Good luck.
