Rom Tuning?

Hey guys, I believe I have a chipped ECM which I recieved with my s14 sr20det swap. I have been using a SAFC NEO but its just not cutting it anymore since drivability is bothering me and I think timings out there (idles shitty and lean shift spikes). Anyone have info they can link and such, as well as experiences. I live In Ohio and I work near Zerolift as a reference lol.
