How would 18*8.0 rim with a +20 offset look? car is a s14 with eibach sportlines.. how about tire sizes..I want staggered/and mabie stretched but these aint wide enough..what you guys think??????

this is the only decent size ive found with the racing hart c4

It would look weird cause 8 inches is a narrow width for a 18 inch wheel.

When deciding wheel widths, imo, it should be:

for 15s - 15x7 or wider

for 16s - 16x8 or wider

for 17s - 17x9 or wider

for 18s - 18x9 or wider

ok cool, so i should look for something like 9in in the front and 9.5 or 10in in the back? with what offset and tires?I definitley want a staggered stance tho...

I just based it on what i think is a good height (diameter) to width ratio.

For example, a 15x7 doesnt look that narrow, but an 18x7 looks more narrow to the eye because of the increase in height (diameter).

Like a square and a rectangle. They can be the exact same width, but the rectangle appears "skinny" because of its height.

As you can see, its mostly about appearance. I think an 18x7 looks weird, but some people may not. I'm not trying to say a certain size is the "right size", i'm just stating what i believe to be a good balance between wheel diameter and wheel width. :)

If your not Turbo, then those 18x9's will sap a ton of power. going from the stock wheels to 17x9's felt like I lost about 10hp. The 18's would be quite a bit worse.

+30 with 235/45 or 245/40 and less than 2.5 degrees should be pretty flush, and with lots of camber and or a stretched tire (225 or 215) +20 should also be a good bet for flushness imo. It will fit front and rear (most likely) as well, no matter what suspension you have.
